Vitalism: The “Innate Intelligence”
At the core lies the belief that every body possesses an innate life force (“Innate Intelligence”). This force regulates all bodily functions and governs self-healing. Illness is often interpreted as a disruption in the flow of this life force.
Holism: The Whole Person
Rather than treating only local symptoms, chiropractic care views the body as an interactive unit. Influences on health are divided into three levels: psyche, structure, and chemistry. When chiropractic care changes the structure, chemistry and psyche are believed to change automatically as well.
The Nervous System as the Control Center
The spine protects the nervous system, through which the “Innate Intelligence” communicates with the body. According to this philosophy, a misalignment of the vertebrae (subluxation) leads to interference in nerve flow, which impairs self-regulation. The adjustment aims to remove these blockages and restore communication. All treatments are performed without medication or injections, as these are considered to suppress pain rather than address the structural cause.

Billing for services is carried out in my capacity as a licensed naturopath (Heilpraktiker) based on the German Fee Schedule for Naturopaths (GebüH). Actual rates may vary from the minimum rates listed in the GebüH due to economic considerations. Reimbursement by private health insurance companies, supplementary insurance policies, or civil service aid (Beihilfe) depends on the individual tariff and cannot be guaranteed.
